Bob is the founder and president of Global Encounter ministries. He became a follower of Jesus in August of 1986. Shortly after, he answered a call to ministry and enrolled at Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar, MO where he graduated with Bachelor of Arts

Bob Caldwell
For many years, Bob and his wife, Joy, spent life on the road as an evangelist and taking college and high school students on mission trips. With the counsel of a long mentor, William Taylor (Missions Pastor at FBC Houston, TX), he founded Global Encounter.
Bob and Joy have 5 kids: Isaiah (15), McKayla (13), Josiah (11), Hannah (9), and Noah (7).
Bob previously served as the Director of Evangelism for the Missouri Baptist Convention. He is now on staff at First Baptist Church Arnold, MO as the Pastor of Outreach and Missions.
Donna Wallace
Donna has served as the administrative assistant for Global Encounter for over 10 years. She is a mother of 3 and a grandmother of . She is also a member of Springhill Baptist Church in Springfield, MO where she previously served as church secretary.
Donna is an amazing asset to the ministry.
