Bob Caldwell
Founder and President of Global Encounter Ministries
Bob became a follower of Jesus Christ in August, 1986. He graduated from Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar, Missouri in 1991. Bob had the privilege of being in full-time evangelism for 12 years. Then he was called to the Missouri Baptist Convention where he served as Director of Evangelism. In February, 2007, God led his family and him to First Baptist Church of Arnold, Missouri where he has the privilege to serve as Pastor of Outreach.
Bob’s second to the greatest experience of his life, only second to knowing Jesus, happened on September 11, 1993 when he married Joy Elizabeth Case of Alton, Missouri. Bob and Joy have five children: Isaiah David, born February 2, 1996; McKayla Gaibrielle, born December 26, 1997; Josiah Matthew, born October 19, 1999; Hannah Elizabeth, born July 2, 2001; Noah Andrew, born May 1, 2004. |

Donna Wallace
Administrator/Ministry Assistant
Donna came to know Jesus at age nine in November, 1958. She has been married to her husband, Gary Wallace since August 10, 1968. They have been members at Springhill Baptist Church in Springfield, Missouri since 1971. They have three married children and eight grandchildren.
Her past work experience includes:
- Associated Wholesale Grocers, Inc., Springfield, Missouri: 1982-1993 Secretary to Director of Human Resources.
- Hamlin Memorial Baptist Church, Springfield, Missouri: 1993-1995 Secretary to Pastor
- Springhill Baptist Church, Springfield, Missouri: 1995-2000 Secretary to Pastor
- Global Encounter Ministries, Springfield, Missouri: 2000-present Administrator/Ministry Assistant
